The court heard that one Hussaini Bawa of Tatiko village in Paikoro Local Government Area reported the matter at the police station on March 16.
The Police Prosecutor, Insp. Emmanuel Danladi told the court of how Bawa alleged that the accused abducted his 13-year-old son and took him to a forest along Paiko road with plans of using his manhood for money ritual.

However, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against me.
The prosecutor prayed the court for an adjournment which would allow the police to complete it's investigation into the matter.
Danladi also refused bail for the accused, arguing that the offenses were not bailable ordinarily.
In her ruling, Magistrate Aisha Bawa ordered that the accused person be remanded in prison before adjourning the case to April 20 for further mention.
