New Gor Mahia coach speaks ahead of his first KPL match
The Englishman cannot wait to stand on the touchline in KPL.
The Englishman was appointed by K’Ogalo in early July following Ze Maria’s exit and he is set to be on the touchline against Nakumatt on Saturday July 29.
Having guided the Green Army to a 1-2 result against English Premier League side Everton in July 13, the former Simba SC coach says he is hopeful of recording a positive result on his KPL debut.
“I’m looking forward to having the first match and I hope we will perform really well. I’m very confident in my players’ abilities and we’ll be even better once the ones in Spain are back.”
Gor Mahia held a training match against National Super League outfit Wazito FC in the morning of Wednesday July 19 at Camp Toyoyo ground.
