Details of NASA's fresh plan that has caused Anxiety

Raila will name a new cabinet next week on Monday.

The new plan by the Opposition is meant to make the country ungovernable and force Jubilee administration to hold talks with Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka.In the new plan, Odinga is expected to name a new 'cabinet' in Kakamega next week on Monday and increase the list of products to be boycotted by NASA supporters.

The former Prime Minister will also launch fresh protests this week in a bid to coerce President Uhuru Kenyatta to hold talks with him and Kalonzo."Within the first week of the New Year, we will unveil a programme for civil disobedience, peaceful protests, non-cooperation with and resistance to an illegitimate regime in addition to People’s Assemblies," Odinga stated.Odinga's PA Dennis Onyango remained coy on NASA's new plan stating that Kakamega was only 'tentative'."What you hear about Kakamega is tentative. The final decision will be made by the NASA steering committee. What I know is that Raila will be back in Nairobi on Wednesday and will attend the burial of Prof Calestous Juma in Busia over the weekend,” Mr Onyango was quoted by Standard.

Uhuru Kenyatta's stand on dialogue Odinga has insisted that the only way the country can move forward is discussing how to fix the electoral system, reform the executive and protect the judiciary. On the other hand, the Head of State has remained adamant that he has nothing to discuss with the Opposition telling them to wait for 2022.Wiper party leader Kalonzo threatened Kenyatta that they would be sworn in if he failed to dialogue with them.
