“I am ready to prepare separation agreement” Uhuru’s lawyer after reports of Ruto leaving Jubilee

The lawyer spoke after Ruto allies formed a new party

Abdullahi spoke after it emerged that Ruto's political allies were in the process of registering a new political party ahead of a mass exit from Jubilee.

The Senior Counsel stated that knowing the two leaders well, there was no problem in a political divorce in situations where differences are "irreconcilable differences".

"Nothing wrong with a political divorce if the difference between the spouses become "irreconcilable". But H.E Uhuru and DP Ruto can't divorce constitutional as they were jointly elected...but they can separate and lead different political lifes."

"You just need a good lawyer to take care of the fine details of the separation agreement. As someone who knows both and whom both trust, I can draw such an agreement...so that HE UHURU concentrates on delivering the big 4 agenda and Hon Ruto on 2022...and beyond," Abdulahi stated.

Lifestyle audit

Reports of Ruto's camp leaving Jubilee for a new political party have come at a time when his allies have complained that he is being targeted through the Lifestyle audit ordered by President Kenyatta.
