Raila's swearing-in hit by a last minute hurdle

He says its a threat to National security

This comes after a Jubilee politician Joe Mutambu moved to court Thursday afternoon, to block the set plan to swear in Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka as President and Deputy President.

Joe Mutambu who was formerly allied to Wiper Democratic Movement party and the immediate former Mwingi Central Member of Parliament termed the process slated for January 30 a threat to National security.

In the run up to the August 8 2017 general Elections, Joe fell out with the Wiper Party and went on to join the Jubilee Party which he used to vie for the Mwingi Parliamentary seat but lost to Gideon Mulyungi who vied on a Wiper ticket.
