Some foods will either give you the best experience while some will spoil it all. Here are some foods you must not eat before sex:
1. Cruciferous vegetables
Broccoli, spinach and kale are good sources of iron and folic. However, they are not the best when it comes to bedroom performance. Courtesy of the generous amounts of raffinose in them, they take time to digest. And no one wants indigestion at such moments.

2. Beans
We are often advised to eat more of plants proteins and do less of animal proteins. While beans and either legumes are great sources of plants proteins, they are gaseous. You are likely to have a bloated stomach hindering your performance. But that still is not the worst thing that can happen-breaking wind is.
3. Energy drink
It may sound like a perfect idea to spike up your energy levels prior to getting intimate. And while indeed your energy will get to another level, it won’t last long. And, the loads of sugar contained in energy drinks lower testosterone levels.
4. Peppermint
While chewing peppermint gum will freshen up your breath, it will ruin other things. Studies show that the menthol present in peppermint lowers testosterone levels. You thus might not get to the finishing line.
5. Garlic
Besides giving you bad breath, garlic also gives you body odor. As your body warms up or sweats during lovemaking, the sweat will be more pungent if you had eaten garlic. You do not want to put off your partner in the midst of lovemaking.

6. Coffee
Too much caffeine increases cortisol levels. Cortisol is a stress hormone that makes it harder for you to relax during intimacy and it also lowers your libido.
