Maraga’s daughter excites Kenyans after she presented special gift to her dad

Chief Justice David Maragas daughter has warmed up Kenyans on social media after she made her first public appearance with her dad.

The Chief Justice's daughter, who is studying law, introduced her father as he was awarded the prestigious C.B Madan award at the Strathmore Law School.

As she introduced her no-nonsense father, Ms Maraga praised him as an exemplary man and judge.

A photo shared by Stathmore Law School's Dean, Dr Luis Franceschi, captured Maraga beaming with a bright smile.

Many of those who commented admired the father-daughter moment, with many noting the pride in the Chief Justice's expression.

In his acceptance speech, Maraga stated, "The fear of God drives my actions. I strive to do what my conscience guides me to do."

He also thanked his wife, Yucabeth Nyaboke, for standing by him and described her as "as a beautiful girl who has always supported me".
