The manager was arrested on Tuesday and taken to court over contempt of court. Unfortunately, the case could not be heard as registrar of the court was not in and when he was presented the following day in court the judge was not present forcing him to spend another night in jail.

Babu Tale had been arrested after defying orders by Judge Agustine Shangwa issued on February 18th, 2016. The manager and his brother had been ordered to pay Sh11 million to Sheikh Mbonde a popular Motivational speaker over copyright infringement.
Babu Tale and his brother Iddi were guilty of using recorded religious video clips of the Sheikh for business purposes without his consent or approval.
