Many of us have polished up on the Queen’s language thanks to ‘Willis the Wordmaster’ of KTN.

Even Betty Kyallo who usually hosts him during her show ‘Friday Briefing’ has admitted that her English has stupendously improved since meeting the word guru.

In fact, she has admitted to exercising caution with her words when around him. “With the word master himself. Gotta watch how I say certain words. Always so cautious around him.” Betty captioned a photo taken with Willis.

Not even the president has been spared by the word master as evidenced by this tweet.

Spelling Bee show

Thanks to his mastery of the Queen’s language, Willis will now take the reigns as one of the hosts of Kenya’s first Spelling Bee TV show.

The new show that will air on KTN is called the ‘Kenya National Spelling Bee’. Contestants will battle it out in the 13-episode weekly TV show to be aired between March and July 2018.
