Nairobi Women Representative Esther Passaris was among the guests who attended the swearing-in ceremony of Governor Mike Sonko.
Passaris took to her Twitter handle to announce her presence at the inauguration ceremony with a message saluting Mike Sonko.
“At Uhuru Park this morning for the swearing-in of Nairobi's new Governor, . Congratulations Your Excellency! ” tweeted Esther Passaris
The message elicited mixed reactions with some noting that she was too fast in congratulating Sonko.

However, a section of the public took issue with his congratulatory message to Sonko.
