Harambee Stars head coach Stanley Okumbi had named his final squad of 23 players ahead of the international friendly clash against Malawi.
The released squad has experienced players like Patrick Matasi, defender Robinson Kamura and midfielder Geoffrey Kataka who represented the Nation during the Hull City showdown in London.
Western Stima midfielder Fred Shimonyo and Masita Masuta (Nzoia Sugar FC) have also earned themselves a call to play for the National team.
Chemelil Sugar midfielder Victor Majid marks a return to the team while a number of players plying their trade in the second tier are also listed in the squad, includinhg Morven Otinya of Palos and KCB FC’s Crispinus Onyango.
