AFC Leopards are keen on beefing up their defensive force with a foreign player before the closure of June transfer window.
Chairman Dan Mule has told P Live that his side is still looking for two more players, one of whom is a foreign defender.
Since they already have exhausted the five-foreign player’s quota, he explains that they will be forced to send one defender on loan in order to accommodate the new catch.
“We still want to sign one good defender and another good striker before the end of June. In this effect, one of our current defenders will be loaned out. I can confirm that we have identified the two and talks are at advanced stages.”
So far, AFC Leopards have Kizito Keziron, Alexis Kitenge, Musa Mudde, Allan Kateregga and Gilbert Fiamenyo as foreign players.
