Pregnancy is a beautiful experience for most mothers – some have difficult pregnancies – and with every good experience, comes a need to preserve those memories.
One way of doing this is through maternity shoots.
The baby bump is no longer being hidden and expectant women are flaunting them in the most creative ways.
Some choose to go the nude route while others choose to cover themselves in body paint.

Others choose to appreciate their African heritage such as in the case of Kenyan vloggers Maureen and Frankie of Just Gym It while others channel the African heritage.
The latter was the case of one lady called Shatera who together with her young daughter created a great imitation of an African queen and her princess.
Dressed in African print skirts and matching yellow tube tops the mother and daughter duo were channeling the ultimate jungle look with them even photoshopping two male lions by each of their sides.
To say that they nailed this shoot would be an understatement.
