Dr. Pimple Popper cast her line...and reeled in an absolutely massive pilar cyst.

In a new Instagram video posted Tuesday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-the dermatologist and TLC star behind the wildly popular Dr. Pimple Popper account-went "fishing" for a pilar cyst, as she cleverly put it in the caption.

What is a pilar cyst, again? According to Medical News Today , they're fluid-filled lumps that form around hair follicles; that's why they tend to be found on the scalp. They tend to grow pretty slowly, which is why some people don't know they have one until it's big enough to appear on Dr. Pimple Popper's Instagram.

In the graphic video, Lee yanks out the fluid-filled pilar cyst by the sac. As she tugs at the aforementioned sac, the round mass starts to spew its own train of off-white pus-a true cyst-ception, if you will. At last, Lee extracts her prize: a dangling pilar cyst that looks not unlike an eyeball.

In the comments section, Lee's fans praised her smooth extraction of the massive pilar cyst. "This is mesmerizing " one commenter said. "[Now] that's a clean one," another observed.

Some of her devoted fans said they wished she'd cut it open: "Please cut it open next time.....thank you" one person begged.
