Cysts can happen anywhere on your body-and one man found that out the hard way when he discovered a pretty gnarly one on his chest.
In Dr. Pimple Popper's newest video shared on Instagram, the doctor can be seen removing a cyst on a mans chest with her punch tool-and it gets really gross, really fast. "Some days you take a punch straight to the chest all for a good POP," Dr. Pimple Popper wrote in her caption. "Find out why we call this THE MACGYVER CYST PUNCH in the FULL VIDEO on #youtube!"
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD gets started on the patient by plunging her punching tool straight into the cyst on his chest. When she pulls it back out, a column of white gunk comes with it. (FYI: That white gunk in a cyst is actually keratin-a major component of skin and hair). Dr. Pimple Popper starts squeezing (and waxing poetic about how great punch tools are) and more gunk continues to ooze out.

The stuff is surprisingly firm (kind of like toothpaste), and she simply picks it up and puts it who-knows-where like its nothing. Unfortunately, it aint over yet.
Dr. Pimple Popper starts squeezing again, and more stuff that looks kind of like toothpaste comes out. Then, she grabs her tweezers, digs around a little, and pulls out the base of the cyst, which she starts snipping with scissors.
After that, she squeezes a bit more only to have extra gunk fly out as the patient casually says the cyst felt like a pebble to him in the past. A few more squeezes, and bloody gunk literally pops out of the cyst.
Over on YouTube, Dr. Pimple Popper is seen digging around in the cyst opening a bit more to make sure she got everything (i.e., the cyst's sac, so it doesn't grow back), and then goes on to stitch her patient up.
