You would be hard pressed to find a food group that Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper , hasn't touched. Every cyst and blackhead she extracts comes with a side of a formerly fave food. She loves her food metaphors almost as much as her fans love her pops.

Dr. Pimple Popper is tackling a huge protruding cyst in her latest Instagram video and ruining a very obscure and specific food in the process. She compares this pop to a quail egg, perhaps because the unique pop inspired her to pick an equally unique food?

Dr. Pimple Popper captioned this clip: "Ever eaten a quail egg? Me either! LINK IN BIO to see this and all the BRAND NEW pops were exploring on drpimplepopper.com! #allaccess#drpimplepopper

The video starts with a close-up shot of the cyst, specifically an epidermoid cyst. (Dr. Pimple Popper previously explained with her Youtube video: "An epidermoid cyst is a non-cancerous growth commonly found on the skin of the face or neck. Cells from the top layer of your skin a.k.a the epidermis, overgrow in a confined space. The buildup of these cells under the skin results in a cheesy consistency and often a pungent odor!")

Dr. Pimple Popper uses her punch biopsy tool to reach the epidermoid cyst below. Once she does, she uses her fingers to squeeze. She squeezes out a stream of brown mush. It squirts out and plops in a growing pile on the surface of the skin.

Dr. Pimple Popper's clip cuts short before she completes the extraction, but she directs fans to her website to see the full video with her All Access pass. Even the quick clip is oh so satisfying.
