Kelly Ripa has been seriously fit since practically forever, but she just shared a series of pics on Instagram that show just how jacked she really is. Apparently, Kelly went to the New York City Ballet Gala last night, and she decided to take her Kelly ripped arms along (sorry, had to).
"Sometimes they let us out of the tv. #nycballet #nycballetgala," she captioned the shots. And there are a lot of them. Theres Kelly and her crazy-toned arms posing alongside her Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host Ryan Seacrest and his girlfriend Shayna Taylor. Then, you can see Kellys bicep being all casual as she smiles next to Andy Cohen. In another shot, her arms steal the show as she compares shoes with Sarah Jessica Parker.
Kellys arms even made a cameo in an Instagram Story pic of herself and Carrie Ann Inaba.

Clearly, Kelly doesnt mess around when it comes to her arm workouts. Kellys long-time trainer Anna Kaiser told People that they do arm workouts on a ballet bar, alternating between pulsing in a half plank and pushing off the bar for a power move.

"Pairing power exercises with muscular endurance, where youre getting that burn, is a really great way to tone your arms quickly," Kaiser explained. Kelly also uses resistance bands to work all her arms inner and outer muscles. "We love that contraction and how that feels," Kaiser said.
Of course, exercise is only part of it. Kelly also follows an alkaline diet, where she only eats foods that are low in acid, otherwise known as alkaline. (She started the diet after having a slew of injuries.) "It has changed my life," she told viewers. "I swear I think it's responsible for me not being in pain."
