After 22 (!) years of marriage, Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa's relationship is rock solid (just like their bods in this matching bathing suit pic ).
But Mark just revealed to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that the couple once hit a bump in the road on their way to happily ever after.
The smoking-hot couple met on the set of the soap opera All My Children and started secretly dating soon after. But apparently, Mark and Kelly broke up around a year later in 1996-literally right before they eloped in Las Vegas. Seriously, what?!

After the breakup, "we both had to meet and do an appearance on Live With Regis and Kathie Lee," Mark recalled. "And when we were together, [Kelly] wouldnt talk to me, and that made me go crazy. So I followed her in Central Park-I stalked her-and then we went back to my place, and then we got married the next day."
Almost losing Kelly must've been enough serious eye opener for Mark since they've been inseparable ever since. "Im crazy about my wife," he recently told Fox News . "We both come from families, our parents are still together-family is super important to us. We have three great kids [Joaquin, 15; Lola Grace, 16; and Michael, 20], and that also bonds you- having that experience together."
