Shay Mitchell has been super open about her pregnancy with her first daughter with boyfriend Matte Babel. She's shared everything from her swollen feet to the fact that she's wearing diapers to whether or not she plans to get an epidural . And now, in her latest episode on her YouTube channel, she's sharing her concerns about the possibility of needing a C-section.

"Its one thing after another in this last phase of pregnancy and being faced with a C-section is not something I ever wanted to consider. Im really hoping these final doctor appointments bring good news but to be honest, Im really nervous," she wrote in her video description.

In the episode, the 32-year-old PLL alum cries about the prospect of needing to have a C-section after learning her baby is breech.

I cant even talk about this. Its actually gonna make me upset. Even if it doesnt happen today, I dont want to have to do that.

And she says she's mostly concerned about the long recovery time and being stuck in bed, plus the pain.

Its not just the surgery, its the recovery time, she says. I cannot be bedridden for however long its gonna be. I really dont want that. If Im in bed, Im gonna go nuts. Youll be able to live your life still and Ill be fing stuck after the babys born, she continues. You cant even lift them sometimes because it hurts so much.

Still, Shay has a sense of humor about it: I think Beyonc had a C-section. Thats the only thing thats making me feel better, to be honest.

Here's what ob-gyns have to say about what to expect after a C-section :

You could be in a ton of pain, or it might not be so bad. This will vary based on numerous factors, says Alyssa Dweck , MD, assistant clinical professor of ob-gyn at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. These include: your own general health before the surgery, whether or not you were in labor beforehand, and whether or not the C-section was scheduled or an emergency one.

You'll be very puffy. You're usually given many of liters of fluid during a C-section, which can take a few days to release these fluids from the body, says Lauren F. Streicher, MD, associate clinical professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and author of Sex Rx: Hormones, Health, and Your Best Sex Ever . So expect to urinate and sweat like crazy for the first 48 hours afterwards.

You won't be able to do any heavy lifting. Strenuous exercise and household chores are not advised until six to eight weeks later, depending on what your ob-gyn says about how youre healing.

You may have incontinence issues. Peeing your pants ? Streicher recommends using a tool such as the Elvie ($199, amazon.com ), which helps rebuild your pelvic floor muscles. It basically ensures that you do kegels correctly to help support the bladder, rectum, and vagina.

Here's hoping everything goes smoothly for Shay!
