AFC Leopards coach Sterwart Hall has admitted that his side was terrible during the Mashemeji Derby that humbled him with a 3-nil beating at Nyayo Stadium.
The coach went ahead to apologies to their Supporters who had turned up in large numbers to witness the 81 Mashemeji Derby.
“We were terrible from the first minute to the last minute. " We have to aplogise to the supporters... I said one thing you can always expect is to work hard for ninety minutes... "Said Hall.
According to Hall who had promised to capitalize on his defense and ball possession but later admitted that Gor Mahia were better than his side in all departments.
Hall went ahead to reveal that he has never been handed a 3-nil beating in his entire coaching career and he will be working hard to pull a comeback.

“As a coach, I have never been beaten by three goals in my whole career. I don't like the feeling. I just hope the players feel the same too...Because that was a very bad performance." Said Hall
The coach did not spare goalkeeper Ian Otieno and lambasted him alongside the rest of the squad.
On the other hand Gor Mahia coach Ze Maria said that his boys went into the Mashemeji Derby with a winning mentality and that’s why they were able to emerge with victory.
“ It was a very good game. Very good job for us.We trained very hard this week and you can see the results out there..." said Gor Mahia coach.

Hall was handed his first embarrassing defeat of the Mashemeji Derby, the biggest game in the match on the Kenyan soil.
