Police in Nairobi are investigating a bizarre shooting incident in which three bullet-riddled bodies were recovered along the Southern bypass on Saturday morning.
Reports filed at Karen Police station indicate that police on patrol responded swiftly sounds of gunshot at around 4 am and found the bodies of two men riddled with bullets at the scene of the shooting.
Initial investigations ruled out car-jacking as the bodies were found inside the Toyota Fielder, KCJ 766P in which the men are believed to have been travelling in.
Upon combing the scene, police found another vehicle with a man in critical condition from gunshot wounds.

The second vehicle- a white Toyota Premio was found about 500 meters from the scene where the bodies of the two unidentified males were recovered.
The bodies of the deceased have been moved to the morgue while the injured was rushed to hospital in critical condition.
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations have launched investigations into the incident.
