A man was shot in Kuresoi by a stray bullet
Ephantus Kipkoech was left with a broken leg after he got hit by a stray bullet from police officers during the operation.
The incident elicited rage among youth in the area prompting officers to shoot in the air to disperse them.
According to a nurse at Molo Hospital she said the leg of the victim was broken twice and they could not conduct an operation hence referring the man to Tenwek Hospital in Bomet County.

The family of the victim are now demanding for justice from the authorities.
This is the second incident of police brutality in the county within a period of two weeks after another man was allegedly assaulted by police officers at Kibunja in Molo.
