Kenyans were in a craze after Classic FM presenter Maina Kageni posted a photo of himself holding up a young boy who looked like he could have been less than five years old.

Many were convinced that the young boy was Maina's son and comments from some of his peers further fueled the speculation.

KISS FM presenter Shaffie Weru identified the boy as Nathan Kageni and went on to commend Maina for the bold move.

The comment sent a number of Maina's Instagram followers on a frenzy as they marveled at the possibility that the boy might be his son.

Kenyans impressed with Maina Kageni's private life

Maina captioned the photo with an elated message celebrating a milestone in the boy's life.

"Twinning with Nathan. Took him for his first haircut...Keep smiling...#JoysOfLife..." Maina posted.

The post received numerous reactions with many of Maina's followers impressed at his ability to have kept his "son" a secret.

One @habo_ke_254 commented: "I was almost asking who's baby is this and why do you look alike when I saw @shaffieweru's comment."

Another, @pauline.wangu.754 added: "Making babies then baby sitting private life ndo hii."
