Eugen Sandow, 1900 Known as the <a href="https://barbend.com/eugen-sandow-strength-pioneer-father-bodybuilding/" id="9edf06f6-0fad-3f1b-a988-bbe192d73a89"> father of bodybuilding </a> , Sandow developed strength training techniques that are still used today.
