Royal Media to poach KTN’s Joe Ageyo

It’s a big blow!

Reputable journalist Joe Ageyo who serves as the KTN Managing Editor will be heading to the Dennis Pritt Road-based media house to take up the position of Editorial Director.

As Business Today reports, the long-serving KTN journalist has already struck a deal with the management and will be taking up the position previously occupied by Peter Opondo. Opondo left two weeks ago leaving a void in the positions of important editorial managers as Karoney had already left earlier to take up the position of CS for the Ministry of Lands.

Ageyo is credited with spearheading Environmental Journalism in Kenyan television and holds an MSc in Environmental Governance from the University of Manchester.

We are still trying to reach Ageyo for a comment on this new move.
