Maxwell Konadu demoted, Ibrahim Tanko in charge

Ibrahim Tanko has been appointed as the first assistant coach of the Black Stars with Maxwell Konadu as the second assistant

The announcement was made during the unveiling of the head coach James Kwesi Appiah at the GFA Secretariat on Tuesday.

Ibrahim Tanko has previously worked as the assistant coach of the Cameroon national team, so his appointment will bring new ideas on board to the technical team.

Maxwell Konadu has been the first assistant coach  of the Black Stars since 2012.
