Former Ghana goalkeeper once owned a public toilet
The former Hearts of Oak goalie is now a manager of a public toilet at Labadi, a suburb of Accra
The former Accra Hearts Of Oak agile custodian reportedly built a public toilet at Labaadi, a suburb in the nation’s capital.
The above shocking revelations was made by Laryea Kingston, a playing mate of Sammy Adjei, who confirmed on the Football Legends Night Show on GHOne TV that the former goalie actually invested in the KVIP business when both players were featuring for the Black Satellites (U-20).
Laryea however added that he is unaware if Adjei continues to do the KVIP business.
His situation has reignited concerns about how footballers live extravagant lifestyles and fail to secure their future at the peak of their career with all monies and other things at their disposal.
Sammy Adjei played for Accra Hearts Of Oak in the Ghana Premier League to ease his way into the Black Stars number one goal keeper in the early 2000s before saying good bye to the Black Stars years later.
