Sportpesa Allstars played English Premier Leagues side Hull city on 27 February as part of exposure experience that was put together by the biggest Gambling Company in the country SportPesa.
Tusker midfielder Humphrey Mieno received a reward of Sh100,000 for scoring a goal during the SportPesa AllStars versus Hull City match that was played in the UK last Month.

Mieno scored the lone goal for the Kenyan team which played against a select Hull City team at the historic match played at Hull City’s KCOM home stadium.
The game which was attended by top Kenya Premier League, Football Kenya Federation, and government as well as SportPesa officials ended 2-1 in favour of Hull City.“It felt great to score the goal. I am humbled by the support from Kenyans and thankful for the support the entire team received from SportPesa while we were at the UK,” said Mieno.The rest of the AllStars team was given Sh1,150,000 for the effort at KCOM translating to Ksh50,000 for each member of the team.“Our team did well considering the harsh weather. It was very cold and many are not used to playing in such weather and we commend them for doing their very best to even manage a goal,” said SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri.
Karauri added that he was proud of the squad due to their impressive show at KCOM stadium and the reward is meant to appreciate their efforts in the game.
Neville Pudo, the SportPesa AllStars Team Manager assured of a better show from the team in such assignments in future, with the Hull City side expected to tour Kenya for the return leg in the off season.
