Diamond and Zari haven’t broken up - Diamond’s sister says

Are we getting duped?

“There have been multiple rumours some with evidence floating around in ALL SORTS of media in regards to Diamond’s constant cheating and sadly I have decided to end my relationship with Diamond, as my RESPECT, INTEGRITY, DIGNITY & WELL BEING cannot be compromised.  We are separating as partners but not as parents.” Zari announced.

A few days later she wrote, “Oh, by the way, am responsible for what I write not how you understand it.” A caption that was accompanied by a mocking laugh emoji.

A reaction that led to many assuming that the ‘break up’ could be a publicity stunt since Diamond’s Album ‘A boy from Tandale’ is due for release next month. And we know nothing sells like controversy, especially controversy of this magnitude.

Esma Platnumz’s recent statement about Zari and Diamond’s relationship gives believability to the suspicion that the two 'broke up' for the ratings and to sell the album.

Esma said that she doesn’t know of Zari and Diamond’s split and learnt about the said break-up from the presenter who posed the question on whether she would be visiting Zari now that she is broken up with Diamond.

“Haiwezekani, mimi naona wako pamoja, mimi sijui kama wameachana, mimi nachojua ni kwamba wako pamoja….Hamna tatizo, hamna kitu ambacho kinachoendelea.” Esma told Millard Ayo. (I think Diamond and Zari are still together. I didn’t know that they have separated, I know they are together. There is no problem in their relationship, there is nothing going on.)

Esma also disclosed that the reason she may not know what is happening in her brother’s life is that she rarely follows Zari and Diamond’s life on Instagram.

All she does is come on Instagram, post her products then leave immediately plus she does not like gossip and interfering with other people’s lives.

“Kuna vitu vingine unawachia wenyewe ,kuna vitu havikuhusu wewe. Tutaongea mambo ya kifamilia lakini kuna vitu vingine unaviacha.” Esma added. (There are some things you don't interfere with since it's not any of your business. We talk about things that concern our family but not private affairs.)
