Diamond Gives New Details on Wasafi Radio and TV Stations

The WCB boss disclosed that after Tanzanian authorities give the go ahead for the stations to begin operations, he will see to it that the whole of East Africa is connected to Wasafi.
Speaking when appeared for an interview on Rwanda’s RTV, Diamond said that he was in talks with other East African countries on the same.
“I am looking at the possibility of getting the Wasafi TV and radio station to Rwanda as well as other countries in East Africa, and I am seeking to meet government officials about it before I make any announcements,” revealed the singer.

“For an artiste to go far, there must be many broadcast stations to promote them and that is what we at Wasafi want to do,” he said.
This comes just days after the self-proclaimed Simba of Bongo music made the announcement on owning a TV and Radio stations and went ahead to disclose the premise that will serve as their headquarters.
The singer had gone to Rwanda to launch his Diamond Karanga and Chibu perfume products, as well as to look for a house as he plans to have a Wasafi branch in Rwanda.
