0ne third of the popular Propesa comedy group, Dennis Ruto, has been arrested for supposedly carrying ballot papers out of the polling stations.
Ruto was reportedly taken into custody at the Nyayo Stadium Police Station, after casting his vote at Madaraka Ward.
A video showing the popular comedian being escorted by police officers has been making its way around.
Police at the Nyayo Stadium Police Station have confirmed that Mr. Ruto is indeed in their custody while investigations are underway.
