Moses Kuria's chilling warning to NASA supporters after they stoned CS Wamalwa

Police had to shoot in the air to disperse the angry NASA supporters as they whisked CS Wamalwa away to safety.

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has sent out a chilling warning to NASA supporters after they pelted Water and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa with stones in Vihiga County.

Kuria declared that they will now use live bullets to counter the stone throwers.

"Now we will use live bullets on stone throwers. Mkirusha tunashoot. (If you throw  we will shoot you down),"  Kuria stated on his Facebook page with the Hashtag #ABulletIsAsGoodAsAStone#MkirushaTunashoot

He at the same time took a swipe at NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi saying he had done nothing for the Luhya people despite being in government for many years.

Rachel Ruto is no stranger to making bold yet elegant fashion statements, but during the state visit of the Dutch royals on March 18, 2025, it wasn’t just her outfit that stood out—it was her shoes. The Kenyan First Lady stepped out in a pair of brown suede block heels adorned with a gold emblem.

"So you Musalia Mudavadi organised goons to evict Eugene Wamalwa from the Mbale Maragoli Cultural event. So other than showing your Resist credentials to Raila as you contend to succeed him, what have you gained? What do you have to show to your people despite being appointed a Cabinet Minister at the age of 29. You fall for anything.

Now you think Raila will handover the Nyanza-Western block to you? You are asleep my brother. Same way you believed sheepishly that Kibaki would hand over to you. Stop trying to Luonize (Correct Spelling Lionize) the Maragolis. They are a peaceful people. Eugene is still a CS. Utado?" Kuria posed.

On Boxing Day, CS Wamalwa's security detail had to shoot in the air to create a way out for him when a group of angry people started pelting his motorcade with stones during the Mbale Maragoli Cultural event.

Mudavadi and Central Organisation for Trade Unions (Cotu) Secretary General Francis Atwoli were forced to shield Wamalwa from the angry crowd as they whisked him to his motorcade and depart prematurely from the event.
