Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha on Thursday revoked Precious Talents School's operating license following the tragedy where eight students died.

The CS explained that the school had violated the terms that were given when the school was registered by the government.

According to Prof. Magoha, documents held by the Ministry of Education indicate that the school can accommodate a maximum of 340 pupils while admission records indicated that the school had close to 900 pupils.
