Two foreigners working for National Super Alliance (NASA) have been deported from the country.
The two foreigners, an American and a Canadian were arrested on Friday evening by the police.
On its Twitter page, the embassy said: "American and one Canadian detained [on] Aug 4. They're safe and departing Kenya."
It is not yet clear however why the two foreigners were arrested and later deported.
Nasa chief agent, Siaya Senator James Orengo, told the Washington Post on Saturday that two Ghanaians also working for the Raila Odinga-led coalition have been deported.
He further claimed that the Friday raid of Nasa offices at Sifa towered was targeting polling agents list and the foreigners.
