Safaricom has admitted expressing technical hitches with its network but says their team is working around the clock to solve this problem.
Safaricom is Kenya’s biggest mobile operator and has about 25.1 million subscribers according to the Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK) industry data for the quarter ended March 2016.
Safaricom has promised to continue updating its customers on the progress to restore services.
