They may be married to different people now, but exes Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas prove that you never forget your first love.

On Tuesday, Miley posted a cheeky DM from Nick on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Bu6mTZwBHnF/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&amp;igshid=ipjmm68pcmrb" id="0cd2e7f0-ddd8-32f9-aea5-015e07018ca8"> Instagram </a> , in which he commented on a recent throwback image of the singer-actress (clad in a JoBros tee) and her younger sister Noah. "Amazing," Nick wrote. "These throwback shots have been ." In her post about the DM, Miley enthused, "That moment when even your ex knows your socials have been ," and paired the caption with a video of herself twirling her pony to the soundtrack of Ariana Grande's "7 Rings."

Miley and Nick obviously go waaaaaaaay back. The two Disney stars (she of Hannah Montana; he of Jonas), met at a charity event in 2006 when they were both just 13 years old. And it was pretty much love at first sight.

We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met, <a href="https://people.com/celebrity/miley-nick-jonas-and-i-were-in-love/" id="f36f2771-6501-3bd6-a3d2-892c8a2c445d"> Miley told </a> Seventeen back in 2008. He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, I think youre beautiful and I really like you. And I was like, Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.'

Though the couple broke up in 2007, they would remain friends even as they moved on with other people. Miley met Australian hunk Liam Hemsworth while filming their 2010 Nicholas Sparks film The Last Song, and after years of on-and-off dating, tied the knot in December 2018. And you know who else got married that month? Yep, Nick. He and his girlfriend, Quantico star Priyanka Chopra, made it official after being engaged for only two months.

So what's next for the oh-so-cute exes? Would it be too much to hope for one very hot couples retreat starring Miley, Nick, Liam, and Priyanka? Fingers crossed!

While you might have wanted to forget Valentines Day 2019 before it even started (ugh, another stuffed teddy bear, really?!), the date will always be a memorable one for singer <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/relationships/g23490913/katy-perry-orlando-bloom/" id="65fcc96e-f229-3f72-ab87-77f2d4034e3a"> Katy Perry </a> , 34.

After dating on and off for three years, her boyfriend Orlando Bloom, 42, popped the question on February 14 while on a date in Los Angeles. The two posted identical celebratory selfies-featuring Katy's flower-shaped ruby engagement ring and dozens of heart-shaped balloons-to Instagram the following day. Katys caption read, "full bloom," while <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Bt5hM9BAq71/" id="80c3cf71-1adf-35c8-ad71-34d162841e4e"> Orlandos </a> simply said, "Lifetimes." Yep, adorable.

A little more than a week later, on February 25, Katy revealed all the juicy details of the proposal on Jimmy Kimmel Live-and tbh, it sounds straight out of The Bachelor.

"It was very sweet," she said. "...We went to dinner, and I thought we were going to go see some art after dinner, but we pulled up to a helicopter." (Casual.)

But things werent exactly smoothflying for Orlando. The actor hit a bit of turbulence during his proposal.

"The funny part is we had champagne in the helicopter, and the [ring] box was in his pocket, and he had written down everything he wanted to say on a note," Katy explained. "So Im reading [the note], but Im hearing the champagne is broken, and the bottles everywhere hes pulling out this box thats too big for his coat pocket, rips his coat pocket, and his elbow goes into the champagne." That's when, Katy said, she knew what was up, but she pretended not to notice and just kept reading Orlando's note.

Eventually, he managed to pop the question, and of course, Katy said yes. Then, the helicopter landed on a roof where Katys friends and family were waiting for the happy couple.

Though Katy has yet to reveal any details on a wedding date (so keep your calendars clear, folks), she did recall the story of how the two met at a Golden Globes party in 2016, when Orlando swiped an In-N-Out burger from her table.

"He took it and I was like, 'Wait! Who-oh, youre so hot. Fine, take it.' ..And then, you know, cut to," she said, pointing to her ring finger.

While Katy and Orlando still have a whole wedding to plan, sources tell <a href="https://people.com/music/katy-perry-orlando-bloom-want-start-family-sooner-rather-than-later/" id="2ecb0e1e-7a8a-390d-a15a-b95f6d52b4bb"> People </a> that family is already on the couples mind. (Orlando has an 8-year-old son, Flynn, with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.)
