NTV’s Amina Abdi given new role at Capital FM

Congratulations!

Amina’s new assignment comes four months after she called it quits on her Hits Not Homework night show on Capital FM, after 5 years.

In an announcement on her Instagram page, Amina said that she could not believe it when she was called to take up the role and also thanked Capital FM’s management for believing in her.

“This is still surreal to me! When I got the call from  to take on this show I thought it was a prank. I honestly still can't believe I'm doing THE BREAKFAST SHOW at  I have so much to learn, Thanks for being so patient with me. Thanks  for believing I can fit in your shoes. To everyone who rallied to get me on air, BLESS YOU. Now that it's official, tune in every morning from 6 -10am ,” she wrote.
