Migori High Court nullifies election of County Speaker Boaz Okoth.

The court further directed that a fresh election be held within 15 days.

Okoth is a close ally of Migori Governor Okoth Obado and NASA leader Raila Odinga.

Earlier in January, the same nullified the nomination of twelve MCAs from the ODM party.
