Uhuru vacates all essential services passes

President Uhuru Kenyatta has directed the Ministries of Interior & Ministry of Health to review the protocols of re-issuance of curfew passes and exemptions.

“In light of the abuse of curfew passes and infections and its role in the steep increase in infections the Ministries of Interior jointly with the Ministry of Health is directed to immediately review the protocols for re-issuance of Curfew passes and exemptions,” said the President.

The President has directed that in the intervening period, all issued passes are vacated.
