Supreme court to make important announcement at 7pm
The meeting comes hours after both IEBC and Uhuru filed their responses.
The National Super Alliance leader Raila Odinga had asked the Supreme Court to nullify the presidential elections that declared President Uhuru Kenyatta as the winner of the elections.
In the 25,000 page petition Raila accused the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) of manipulating votes in favour of Kenyatta and denying him the victory in the August 8 polls.
The petition indicates the IEBC and its Chairperson Wafula Chebukati as the first and second respondent with Kenyatta as the third respondent.
President Kenyatta had on Thursday August 24, 2017 filed his response to NASAs petition with one of his lawyers Ahmednasir Abdullahi expressing confidence in preparation for going to court.
"We are confident about the answers we give, We are bullish about everything we have done. And let the case start. We are ready,"
