Shortly after Mzee Moi sent out a confirmation that he could not meet Ruto, Junior took to Twitter where he joined those who were trolling the Deputy President.
With a tongue in cheek, the younger Raila noted that it was not right for the DP to show up at Mzee Moi's home without an appointment.
"Lol can't just rock up at a dudes house unannounced!!" Junior tweeted.

He later retweeted another troll by KMPDU Secretary General Ouma Oluga who took advantage to highlight the importance of doctors.
"I hope everyone gets to realise how doctors and their appointments must be taken seriously," Oluga stated.
President Moi's press team did not make it clear if Ruto and his small delegation had secured an appointment before landing at Kabarak Gardens.
However, the DP's team claimed that Ruto had an appointment and a prior confirmation.
