Precious Talents School owner Moses Wainaina was arrested on Thursday after DPP Noordin Haji and DCI George Kinoti visited the institution.

Wainaina was detained at Kabete Police Station pending arraignment in court on Friday.
DPP Haji and DCI Kinoti visited the scene of the 2-storey structure at Precious Talents School for fact-finding.
A statement from the ODPP stated: "DPP Noordin Haji accompanied by @DCI_Kenya George Kinoti today visited Precious Talents School, Dagoretti which collapsed for fact finding & prosecution guided investigations."
Transfer of pupils
Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha closed down the school after the tragedy that left eight pupils dead and 64 others injured.
Magoha closed Precious Talents Top School in Dagoretti and Pama Academy in Kangemi and ordered the affected pupils distributed to public schools.
He said that the findings of a task force, established to compile a report on the tragedy at Precious Talents Top School that claimed the lives of eight pupils, will be handed to the DCI for further investigation and possible prosecution.
