Taxi driver thrown into coma for spreading death rumour about president

An unidentified taxi driver in Delta State has been thrown into coma after a man named Usman Bukar, 41, slapped him for spreading death rumours about President Muhammadu Buhari.

Vanguard News disclosed that the driver's inflammatory comment about the demise of Buhari made the northerner extremely furious.

The victim said, “The body of the President should be thrown into River-Niger for fish and other wild animals to do justice on him. He is very wicked.”

Report says that the jubilant taxi driver who was rendered temporarily unconscious following the pummeling was finally resuscitated at the Temple Clinic Junction, Asaba.
