Mutahi Ngunyi’s sentiments comes a week after the PAC tabling a report in parliament, implicating him in a scam that saw the disappearance of Sh791 million in NYS, in which his company allegedly pocketed Sh90million of the loot.
“The Consulting House of chief Executive Officer Mutahi Ngunyi is culpable for plagiarism, perjury and willful withholding of information from the committee,” reads part of the report.
It adds: “He is therefore liable for failure to make full disclosure that he had been paid in excess of Sh100 million for other unspecified services from NYS.”
