Dr. Pimple Popper kept some of her greatest hits coming over the holiday weekend, this time with a super-clip posted to Instagram that depicts some of her most memorable cyst pops from over the years.

In the roughly four-minute montage, Dr. Pimple Popper-aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-shows off everything from standard blackhead and whitehead extractions to juicier epidermoid and sebaceous cysts.

Cysts are highly common and form for a wide variety of reasons, usually due to a blockage that develops when a pore or follicle becomes clogged with dead skin or sebum. (WebMD has a helpful guide to the various types if you need some brushing up.) While Dr. Pimple Popper makes it look easy-and tempting-it's not advised that people try to pop them on their own. If a cyst suddenly grows in size or becomes a problem, you're better off leaving the popping to the pros.
