In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD drains a buttery steatocystoma on a mans temple that bubbles as it pops. Dr. Lee has nicknamed this particular patient Skittles, which alludes to the various colors of his steatocystomas, which are about the size of the sugary candies.

Skittles has several steatocystomas on his temples, with Dr. Lee focusing on just one for this video. In the clip, Dr. Lee punctures the steatocystoma to let loose a collection of goo. The oily, yellow substance bubbles as it spills out, like melted butter in a skillet. This steatocystoma is quite big, especially for its location, so Dr. Lee goes back in several times to drain the cyst completely. After that fun, the famed derm is able to go in and remove the cysts sac, which virtually guarantees the growth wont return.

As she drains the cyst, Dr. Lee notices that the growth took up so much space internally that some areas of the patient's temples are left sunken in. Dr. Lee shares plans to fix the problem once she removed more of the bumps and sees how they heal.

Steatocystomas are small, benign lumps that are filled with sebum, which is a yellowish, oily substance that helps lubricate the hair, skin, and nails, according to the National Institute of Health .
