It's time to kiss this lima bean goodbye. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD pops out a little lipoma her patient has had for years. And the butter bean-like growth is almost guaranteed to be the tiniest lipoma you've ever seen.

At the beginning of the clip, Dr. Lee admits she actually can't tell what the growth is by appearances, only finding out when she slices in.

I think it is a lipoma. I see it right there, she says in the clip as the procedure begins. Its going to be a cute one, I think.

Dr. Lee then squeezes the "cute" growth, forcing out the tiniest lipoma youve ever seen. The resulting growth looks almost exactly like a single lima bean or some top notch bait.

You know, youre a fisherman. Im not going to give this to you, Dr. Lee says to the patient, teasing him as she snips out the growth.

The patient responds, I was going to say, it might be bait!

You could catch something nice with this! Dr. Lee tells the man.

This certainly isn't your average bait. A lipoma is a fatty noncancerous growth that develops between the skin and muscle, and is usually a yellowish-orange color.
