In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD squeezes a cheek cyst and pulls out its sac, which is a pretty standard procedure for the famed derm. But once removed, this cyst looks alarmingly like a shriveled red grape that youd find forgotten at the back of your fridge. It's truly something to see.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the cheek cyst, then goes in for a pinch. Chunky contents quickly emerge, snaking out in a ribbon of goop. She then digs deep to snip out the cysts sac, which is an essential part of the procedure. As frequent watchers know, removing the cysts sac is the only way to virtually guarantee the growth wont return.

Its like a shriveled grape, Dr. Lee murmurs to the patient while pulling out the sac, making him laugh.

The growth featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst . This type of cyst which is often filled with wet dead skin cells and keratin commonly occurs on the face, neck, chest and back.
