Last week, U.S. gymnastic GOAT Simone Biles took the challenge to another level by doing her own, much more difficult version . A multiple gold medalist has no need for a wall for a handstandand instead of putting a shirt on, she took her sweatpants off.

Now, gymnast Katelyn Ohashi (who rose to fame for her perfect 10 floor routine in 2019), also crushed the Biles version of the challenge.

"i could use a hand. #handstandchallenge whats next?" she captioned her post.

Ohashi shows off her impressive strength and balance, removing one leg of her sweatpants at a time, and even rotating her body from 180 degrees in the process.
