Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , did something very unusual. She picked a favorite. It's not a favorite pop or type of pimple. Incredibly, she picked a favorite patient.
In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper clears away big juicy blackheads from this preferred patient's cheek. She captioned her pop: "
Dr. Pimple Popper is chatting away when the video clip begins. She mentions that she's already helped this patient with another skin concern. He had skin cancer behind his ear, and she took care of it. Now, he's back for some pesky blackheads.
Dr. Pimple Popper is basically the blackhead popping expert, so he has definitely come to the right place. She pokes each blackhead with her scalpel to prep for extraction. She gives her patient a bit of warning. She says, "Watch out I've got something sharp in my hands."

He heeds her warning and all that's pricked are the blackheads. Next, she switches to her comedone extractor tool and presses on each blackhead. All it takes is a little pressure for all the black gunk clogged in the pore to spurt out.
She clears out one blackhead completely before she moves on to the next. The second blackhead is just as juicy. A big blob of black goop comes out. Dr. Pimple Popper gathers it all together and wipes it away. Just like that, her patient's cheek is all clear.
